Native forager and Michelin chef Iliana Regan celebrates book launch

Rizzoli bookstore presents chef Iliana Regan's new book in conversation with Food Network alum Alex Guarnaschelli this Friday, January 27th. Regan, a multi-starred chef and author, has built a career on combining fine dining experiences with local foraged ingredients; her deep love of nature is hereditary and she credits her gardener father and scratch-cooking mother. Her new memoir titled 'Fieldwork' will provide a more in-depth look into the beauty and delectability of living in and cooking with nature.
